We are looking for experienced Network Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience provide top solutions on one of the most complex and high profile programs within the government.


Required Qualifications:   

  • 6+ years' experience in systems design and engineering

  • Ability to troubleshoot cloud (AWS) implementation issues.

  • Solve software (Linux) issues and software development.

  • Proven success working as a DEVOPs systems engineer and technical admin.Agile Methodology and continuous improvement mindset

  • GitHub experience and other source control systems

  • Strict adherence to security standards and organizational requirements

  • Willingness to mentor and train other engineers as well as seek to continually improve processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working within AWS/Azure/cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience developing with Python
  • Hands-on experience developing with Java
  • Hands-on experience developing with Ruby on Ralls
  • Hands-on experience developing with Ansible
  • Hands-on experience developing with Cisco NSO
  • Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud
  • Deployment technologies like Ansible, Chet, Puppet, etc.
  • Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $140,000 - 170,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
