Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer with background in AI who shall support planning, design, development, implementation and technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks to encompass diagnosing network performance shortcomings and designing and implementing performance improvements. The Network Engineer shall develop, operate, and manage networks required to operate in a secure environment.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith Full Scope Polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Candidate must be in access with MPO.

Experience

10 years of experience in network design to include routing, switching, and network security is required.CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required.

Required skills:
  • Install and configure Cisco 7600 series routers 6500 series switches
  • Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose and resolve problems with Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Cisco VPNs, Cisco 3750 series switches, and Cisco management applications
  • Develop network security requirements and policy and translate requirements into specific device configurations
  • Provide technical direction for the operation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices
  • Direct small teams in the identification and resolution of complex technical issues and problems
