Position Responsibilities
• Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure. This includes planning and management of the overall IT Portfolio including product roadmaps.
• Lead and develop established IT teams including applications, ERP, and infrastructure/operations
• Oversee full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and applications
• Manage major project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment for projects from beginning to end
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Manage integrations including ERP, EDI, and external platforms
• Establish governance, standards, and security practices
• Drive modernization, cloud transformation, and digital initiatives
• Manage vendors, partners, and technology budgets
• Prioritize and deliver a portfolio of IT initiatives
• Serve as the primary leader liaison between business and IT
• Ensure security and regulatory alignment with our defined IT General Controls and compliance with Audit requests
• Establish KPIs for service delivery and system performance
• Stay current with emerging technologies
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and integrations
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, and security
• Strong SDLC and development methodology knowledge
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong financial and vendor management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Position Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
Experience
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience
• Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations
• Experience managing ecommerce and application teams
• Experience overseeing infrastructure and operations
• Track record delivering complex enterprise initiatives
• Strong stakeholder and executive engagement experience
