GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Marketing Services Specialist plays a key role in elevating the company's messaging, events, and public profile through content development. The specialist is a resource for the development and support of written and visual needs across the organization impacting customers, suppliers, members, and internal teams. The role supports segment and supplier marketing, trade marketing - including tradeshows and marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Partner with segment marketing, supplier marketing, corporate communications, and other departments to own development and creation of marketing content and campaigns. Content will be specifically designed to generate greater brand affinity, broaden messaging, and increase engagement for organizational growth.
  • Responsible for conceptualization, design, revision, and delivery of digital and print projects that provide creative solutions.
  • Utilize graphic design, photography, and video to deliver engaging material through website, portals, brochures, presentations, email and social media campaigns, infographics, tradeshow booth materials.
  • Directly responsible for continuous expansion of multi-media capabilities in video, animation, and new technology tools including Email Marketing Service (EMS), Salesforce, and Website and Content Management. Remain at the forefront of digital developments and best practices to build new tools or ideas and for facilitating digital marketing activities. Stay up-to-date with marketing best practices, new digital technologies, marketing and content platforms, and social media best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with brand consistency and cohesiveness throughout all design projects.
  • Support development of toolkits and templates to ensure brand consistency across the organization.
  • Manage digital signage throughout corporate office.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Strong design experience and editing skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Strong cross functional communication skills through written and verbal communication

WHAT YOU NEED:

The Anticipated Base Salary Range for this position:
$65,000 - $80,000
Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development.
