Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Support the Corporate Account Lead and our most complex and demanding customers by providing excellent customer service – entering orders, answering emails, running reports, fixing pricing errors, updating order guides and loading pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work cross functionally to develop price lists and order guides, provide updates to customers and internal constituents. Proactively identify issues with orders and address and or add items as necessary.
  • Act as part of a team working with the sellers, managers and other customer support on the team and backup others as required/needed.
  • Maintain and update Standar Operating Procedures as required/necessary.
  • Ability to identify items/issues that should be escalated.
  • Perform new account setup tasks: updating Location information, updating or creating order guides.
  • Participate in team conference calls ensuring new processes are understood and included in SOPs.
  • Ensure Month end pricing updates occur and are accurate.
  • Develop relationships with Category to support product assortment and substitution requests/recommendations.
  • Respond timely to member/customer updates and requests: Order Guides, pricing, item adds, location changes etc.
  • Provide web order entry support to customers
  • Ensure Month End Processes are completed.
  • Ensure proper Distributor assignment and resolve or escalate discrepancies that arise.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong keyboarding skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent to 1 year of work experience
    • Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • 1 years of experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems and with EDI transactions

    The Anticipated Base Salary Range for this position:

    $50,000 - $60,000

    Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
