This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from their home or preferred location within the state of Illinois. As a member of our telehealth team, you will utilize advanced secure digital platforms designed for effective virtual therapy, participating in a vibrant network that prioritizes high-quality mental health care and teamwork.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their input to ensure individualized care focused on their unique goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate modalities via secure videoconferencing platforms.
• Engage clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet their evolving needs.
• Document therapy sessions in compliance with the organization’s standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical cases, share insights, and receive supervision and support from experienced peers.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. MedCore’s approach emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling our therapists to connect genuinely and empathetically.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, which provides a solid foundation for clinical practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a strong therapeutic rapport with clients remotely.
• A deep understanding of diverse therapeutic techniques, along with the ability to customize therapeutic approaches based on client preferences and treatment goals.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it equips therapists with the necessary skills to navigate virtual therapy dynamics.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, specifically individuals facing challenges such as trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties.
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
