Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Domain: Healthcare / Insurance (preferred)
• Certifications: CCNP / CCIE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP)
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers (F5 preferred)
• Hands-on with wireless (WLC, Access Points)
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• Familiarity with monitoring & ticketing tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security & Load Balancer services aligned to SOW scope
• Hands-on with:
o Routing: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN
o Switching: VLANs, STP, VPC, QoS
o Firewalls & NAC
o F5 LTM/GTM
o Wireless Controllers & APs
o Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
• Network Tools and technologies
o Cisco Checkpoint, Cisco Prime, Infoblox, ARISTA, Zscaler, riverbed
• Experience with tools:
o ServiceNow, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Spectrum, Exinda, Extrahop, riverbed
Exposure to automation (runbooks, orchestration)
Key Responsibilities
• Act as technical SME and escalation point for L2/L3 issues
• Lead incident, change, and problem management activities
• Perform:
o Network troubleshooting (L2/L3 across LAN/WAN/WLAN)
o Firewall/VPN/Load balancer support
• Support design validation and architecture recommendations
• Manage:
o Vendor/OEM coordination (ISP, Telco, OEMs)
o Critical incidents and bridge calls
• Ensure:
o SLA adherence and service availability targets (~99.99%)
o Compliance with customer network/security standards
Drive automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
Salary Range: $110,000- $140,000 a year
