  • Align with key stakeholders across Experiences, finance, legal, and human resources

  • Build and develop a high-performing local leadership team, with active investment in talent development

  • Serve as the face of Netflix House in the Philadelphia community, cultivating relationships with local civic, business, and community partners

  • Collaborate with peer GMs across domestic House locations to share learnings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 12+ years of operations management experience in themed entertainment, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a comparable industry

  • Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing a P&L and driving revenue in a complex, multi-revenue-stream business

  • Passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences while balancing revenue goals

  • Drive a safe and guest-centric operation by ensuring environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance while fostering innovation and profitability

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels of an organization

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
