Job description

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.

TEAM: BRAND CREATIVE STUDIO

FOCUS AREA: GLOBAL BRAND DESIGN, NETFLIX HOUSE

ROLE: PROGRAM MANAGER, BRAND CREATIVE STUDIO - NETFLIX HOUSE

About Netflix

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Whatever their taste, and no matter where they live, we give our members access to best-in-class TV series, documentaries, feature films, and mobile games. We are the world's biggest fans of entertainment, and we're always looking to give members the thrill of the next great story.

About The Role

This is a high-impact, foundational role. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a rare blend of experiential operational fluency, systems architecture, and creative empathy. As the Program Manager for House, you are the connective tissue between the BCS studio and our physical "House" locations (Dallas, KOP, Las Vegas).

You are the right hand to the Senior Manager of Design, ensuring that the "why" of the brand is never lost in the "how" of the execution. You won't just manage timelines; you will build the infrastructure that allows premium creative to scale across complex physical-to-digital touchpoints. You will ensure that Core Design and Production Design are perfectly synced to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Architect for House

  • Master Workflow Ownership: Own the end-to-end master workflow for all House-related workstreams (Vegas, Dallas, KOP).

  • Planning Cycles: Establish and lead the 10-14 week planning cycles for all major House campaigns and seasonal beats.

  • Experience Swap Sprints: Manage the "Experience Swap" design sprints in partnership with Production, ensuring that attraction refreshes are executed without a gap in brand quality.

Design System Oversight & Stewardship

  • System Translation: Act as the primary steward for the House Design System. Partner with the Senior Manager of Design to ensure that Core Design's conceptual vision is successfully translated into high-visibility ATL (Above the Line) and high-utility BTL (Below the Line) assets.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that as systems scale across hundreds of in-venue touchpoints, the integrity of the design components remains intact.

Workflow Integration & Design Health

  • Ending the "Parallel Track": Ensure Production Design is embedded in the creative process from day one. You are responsible for preventing House execution from becoming an isolated silo, instead integrating it into the broader BCS design rituals.

  • Review & Approval Routing: Oversee the review and approval processes for Netflix House, ensuring the right stakeholders are in the room at the right time to maintain momentum. Partner with a Specialist role to manage the intake process.

Stakeholder Navigation & Briefing

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead operational interface for Netflix House Business Leads.

  • Intake & Triage: Own the intake of all House briefs. In partnership with the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and the Resource Manager, you will vet requests for clarity and route them to the appropriate Core or Production teams.

Complex Program Management

  • Project Lead: Provide dedicated, day-to-day program management for the most complex, multi-layered workstreams (e.g., the Las Vegas House launch).

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "Yellow Flags" in the production timeline, particularly where physical venue construction or engineering dependencies impact design delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7-10+ years in Program Management, specifically within experiential, in-house brand or integrated agency environments.

  • Physical-to-Digital Experience: You understand the unique constraints of designing for physical spaces (signage, wayfinding, OOH) while maintaining a digital-first mindset.

  • Operational Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of Figma and Airtable. You know how to build a tracker that actually tells a story.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You are a "bridge builder" who can speak the language of a Brand Designer, a Production Artist, and a Venue Operations Lead with equal clarity.

  • Agility: You thrive in a "launch culture" and can pivot workflows quickly as site-specific requirements evolve.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $220,000.00 - $352,000.00.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off. See more details about our Benefits here.

Netflix is a unique culture and environment. Learn more here.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
