  • Skillful  in doing  configuration on Audio Codes/SBC/SBA devices
  • Experience in upgrading, installing, configuring, designing and migrating to Lync\SFB
  • Should have Lync with Enterprise Voice experience namely: Experience in Lync \SFB with full Voice and Video integration is highly desired.
  • Experience in utilizing Lync as a PBX replacement
  • Must have diverse technical background with experience on multiple technologies
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and its integration with Lync Server
  • Good in  server administration and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge on the working for SBC, SBA, Director Server etc.
  • Strong career interest with a focus on professional improvement focused on Unified Communication technologies.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
  • Should be comfortable working with a team with a diverse skill set, location and culture across different countries.
  • Preferred certifications but not mandatory - MCSA, MCSE (current release), MCTS or MCITP Lync
  • Must be adaptable and quickly understand the new technologies/emerging markets
  • Expert in Virtualization Technologies such as MS Hyper-V and/or VMWare

  • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining complex data communication networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), intranets and wireless networks
  • Ensure that networks and systems are secure and reliable by protecting and enforcing network boundaries, update and harden systems to prevent attacks, and investigate suspicious activities in the environment.
  • Perform network diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark, NetCool, Shunra, SmartSniff, NetStat, etc.
  • Install, configure and monitor hardware such as hubs, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Install, configure and manage DNS, DHCP, FTP, Proxy servers and firewall etc.
  • Understanding of various TCP/IP based network protocols such as telnet, FTP, ping, HTTP, QOS packet markings, etc.
  • Experience with Windows 2012 R2 Servers installation, configuration and administration
  • Fluent in PowerShell scripting for Skype for Business; experience with PowerShell for other Microsoft technologies
  • Well versed in Office 365 on line integration technologies with Skype for Business; exposure to vNext on-line technologies a plus
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience with Active Directory management and administration
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server and SharePoint administration
  • Participate in project biddings and technical proposal write-ups for customer projects relating to the areas of network, operating system and information security
  • Create documentation describing the architecture and procedures for our networks, to be utilized by multiple support teams
  • Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines to meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with other to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions
  • Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to create a seamless internal and external customer experience and issues resolution
  • Analyze needs and make recommendations for future infrastructure improvements.
  • Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums
  • Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at all levels
  • Ability prepare and present briefings and training
  • Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified
  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Certification may be required in some areas.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
