Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative NETCOM Reporting to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard.
Responsibilities
  • Aggregate metrics from vulnerability management, incident response, compliance, and monitoring platforms to produce NETCOM-aligned operational cybersecurity reports and executive summaries.
  • Validate data accuracy, perform data reconciliation, and ensure reporting consistency across sources and reporting cadences.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance indicators that highlight risk trends, remediation progress, and mission readiness impacts.
  • Translate technical metrics into actionable insights and briefings for leadership and NETCOM reporting requirements.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting packages, slide decks, and data extracts for governance, inspections, and accreditation activities.
  • Coordinate with SOC, CIRT, vulnerability management, and compliance teams to source data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain evidence supporting reported metrics.
  • Maintain reporting templates, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure repeatability, auditability, and compliance with enterprise reporting standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and dashboards to enhance timeliness, accuracy, and decision support.

Qualifications
  • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Candidate must meet ONE of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Policy, International Relations, Cyber, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
    • Relevant DoD/military training (examples: WCYBER 300; Cyber 101; NDU Cyber Strategy Course); OR
    • Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (examples: CISM; CRISC; Security+; CompTIA CASP+).
  • Required experience and skills:
    • Experience producing cybersecurity or operational reports, dashboards, or analytics in DoD or large enterprise environments.
    • Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), Excel (advanced), and data query skills (SQL).
    • Familiarity with vulnerability, incident, and compliance data sources and common metrics (MTTD, MTTR, patch rates, open POA&Ms).
    • Strong data validation, documentation, and communication skills to produce decision-grade reporting for technical and executive audiences.
  • Desired:
    • Prior experience preparing NETCOM/DoD cybersecurity reporting or supporting accreditation/inspection data calls.
    • Familiarity with automated data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboard automation for recurring governance reporting.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
