DESCRIPTION
As an Business Development Representative (BDR) at Netchex, you'll be on the front lines of our growth - identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. You're not just setting meetings; you're starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.

**This position is either in-office at HQ in Covington, Louisiana or remote. Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.**
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts, research opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies
  • Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences as needed
  • Be the kind of teammate people want to work with - bring the energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine investment in the team's success, not just your own quota

What we are looking for:
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
