Job description

The Work:

Perform logical database (re)design, develop within-database code (e.g., PLSQL), and develop web app UI and services within MS SQLServer, Oracle databases and their associated stack (e.g., OS, Web and App Servers). Member of a team that maintains existing applications, refactors existing applications, and architects / designs new applications with user interfaces or applications that provide services to other consuming applications.  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Research legacy PL/SQL code and documents to understand technical and business functionality.
  • Modify or create new PL/SQL packages to meet requirements
  • Execute component tests in our development and test environments
  • Work with our Architecture team to review non-functional requirements (for example, performance requirements)
  • Investigate and resolve user tickets as part of our Tier 3 process (this is a rotation; some weeks you will work on tickets and some weeks you will work on enhancements)

Here's What You Need:

3+ years experience with PL/SQL Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Standard SDLC, CMMI compliant projects

Security Clearance:

Must have an active Secret Clearance

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Java, microservices.net, C#, T-SQL

Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Standard SDLC, CMMI compliant projects Experience with Quality Assurance code quality frameworks (e.g. SonarQube, OWASP)
