About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Quote Management. You'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and AI-powered solutions supporting net new sales, amendments, renewals, and contract management.

This role is ideal for someone with deep Quote-to-Cash expertise who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and building products that simplify enterprise selling.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quote Management across net new sales, amendments, renewals, and contract management.

  • Partner directly with Sales and GTM stakeholders to understand customer and business needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities.Define and prioritize product investments across Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and related Quote-to-Cash technologies.

  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.

  • Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release plans that align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to design intuitive, AI-powered seller experiences that increase productivity and reduce operational complexity.

  • Partner with Finance, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure products support pricing governance, approvals, contracting, compliance, and downstream business processes.

  • Drive Agile product execution by prioritizing backlogs, participating in sprint planning, validating delivered functionality, and ensuring successful product launches.

  • Define and measure key product metrics, analyze customer feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities based on business outcomes.

  • Present product strategy, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior business and technology leaders.

  • Stay current on emerging Salesforce platform capabilities, AI technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

About You:

You are passionate about building enterprise products that solve meaningful customer problems. You thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions. You bring strong product thinking, customer empathy, analytical skills, and execution discipline to every initiative.

You are equally comfortable leading product discovery sessions with Sales leaders, writing detailed product requirements for engineering teams, and presenting product strategy to executive stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise SaaS products.Experience building products supporting Quote-to-Cash, Quote Management, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), asset management, or enterprise sales workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience with Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), Salesforce CPQ, or comparable enterprise Quote-to-Cash platforms.

  • Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Experience defining product strategy, building product roadmaps, writing detailed product requirements, and delivering products using Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to use customer insights and business metrics to prioritize investments.

  • Experience building AI-powered seller experiences using Salesforce Agentforce.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing or managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

  • Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) or other enterprise CPQ platforms.

  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as Ironclad, Conga, or DocuSign CLM.

  • Experience building products supporting SaaS subscriptions, renewals, amendments, usage-based billing, or consumption-based pricing models.

  • Experience leading enterprise Quote-to-Cash modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise software organizations.

The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
