Job description

Summary: 
The Jet Card Sales Director – Outbound is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth by proactively targeting high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. This role involves strategic outbound sales efforts including cold outreach, lead generation, relationship building, and closing Jet Card memberships. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in luxury or aviation sales, a strong understanding of private aviation solutions, and the ability to deliver a high-touch, consultative sales experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  1. Meet and exceed the monthly and quarterly sales quota of new Jet Card Members.
  2. Manage renewal process of existing Jet Card Members.
  3. Prepare tailored proposals, deliver live presentations, and negotiate sales contracts to close new business.
  4. Engage local communities through third party event participation and planning of company-owned local events.
  5. Generate qualified outbound leads using sales technology tools, cold calling, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
  6. Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local referral partners and business networks.
  7. Effectively adopt and utilize all available sales tech tools to enhance productivity, lead management, and performance tracking.
  8. Analyze sales pipeline data regularly to prioritize daily tasks and optimize deal flow and conversion.
  9. Proactively generate qualified outbound leads through cold calling, email, video outreach, and the use of sales technology, in coordination with marketing initiatives.
  10. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM to support sales tracking, forecasting, and team collaboration.
  11. Personally greet members and prospects during flight departures or arrivals, reinforcing relationship quality and service excellence as needed.
  12.  Represent the company at community and industry events; plan and participate in local company-hosted and third-party events to build brand presence.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on company services, aircraft types, and competitors to educate and guide prospective clients.
  14. Partner closely with Client Relations to ensure a seamless customer experience and serve as a strong internal advocate for clients.
  15. Promote the company and its offerings at community and business meetings, acting as a professional and knowledgeable brand ambassador.

Education and Work Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of high-end/executive level sales and / or customer service required. Aviation or luxury brand preferred
  • Proven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing, and implementing contracts required
Physical Requirements: 
  • This position follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work 3–4 days per week from the local base and may work 1–2 days remotely from home, depending on team needs and business priorities.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis

Compensation: 
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members.  Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.  Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with 6% company match, paid time off and company paid life and short-term disability coverage.
