Job description

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior.NET Developer with a TS/SCI Clearance to support ATS and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

This is in support of the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support. 
 
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (. NET, MVC)
  • Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications
  • Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented design (OOD)
  • Demonstrated experience and abilities developing Web-based applications
  • Has experience working in a team environment
  • Has experience developing application using the Agile methodology
  • Familiar with the Agile/Scrum practices and approach
  • Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects
  • Good oral and written communication skills"
Requirements:
  • Minimum of associate’s degree in computer science, related field, or related experience
  • Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred
  • TS/SCI Clearance required
