Job description

Location: Fargo, Oklahoma (45335 S County Road 188, Fargo, OK 73840)
Contract Length: 12 months (extension possible)
Schedule: Full-time (approx. 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime as needed)
Travel: Local deliveries across OK, KS, and TX
Position Overview The Warehouse Associate (Contract) is responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material issuing, kitting, staging, and delivery. This role ensures that materials required for preventive maintenance and repair activities are accurately managed and delivered across multiple facilities in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
The position operates in a large industrial warehouse environment and requires strong attention to detail, safe material handling practices, and proficiency in inventory systems such as SAP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation, and process receipts in SAP
  • Issue materials using inventory controls and ensure accurate system transactions
  • Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for preventive maintenance work orders
  • Prepare and print forecasts, pack lists, and SAP documentation
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies
  • Operate propane-powered forklifts safely for material movement and staging
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness (housekeeping, organizing materials, waste disposal)
  • Deliver materials and staged kits to nearby facilities as required
  • Secure materials properly for transport
  • Support urgent and emergency material deliveries
  • Drive company vehicle (F250 truck) to multiple sites across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas
Delivery Locations (Not Limited To)
  • Oklahoma: Okarche, Fairview, Kingfisher, Seiling, Laverne, Guymon
  • Kansas: Liberal
  • Texas: Perryton, Spearman, Canadian, Gruver
Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or materials coordination experience
  • Experience with inventory systems (SAP or equivalent ERP)
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain/renew certification
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR checks
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty warehouse environments (no climate control)
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory tools)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physically capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and handling materials safely
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with maintenance-related kitting and material staging
  • Experience operating propane-powered forklifts
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices (cycle counts, min/max, slotting)
  • Experience supporting multi-site warehouse operations and logistics coordination

  • Exposure to hot summers and cold winters
  • Dusty and physically demanding environment
  • PPE required (safety-toe boots, appropriate work attire)
