  • Work with the team through various and diverse office operations
  • Manage office inventory, office cleanliness
  • Create memorable employee and candidate experiences
  • Schedule and coordinate
  • Handle aspects of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Answer the main phone line during office hours
  • Input data for customer/ technology onboarding

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Previous work/ internship experience in customer service, sales, or guest services
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, work collaboratively and independently through special company projects
  • Stand out interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Mac OS, and Microsoft Office
