Facility Maintenance Manager
Position Title: Facility Maintenance Manager
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Company: Pan Glo Corp.
Location: Urbana, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Organize and maintain OEM equipment manual library
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facility
  • Support telephone, surveillance and alarm systems
  • Contracts, waste removal,
  • EPA bulbs, LED and Neon light repairs
  • Maintenance Budgeting
  • Responsible and accountable for facility maintenance at Urbana buildings and other company facilities as needed.
  • Direct the work of the facilities maintenance technician and facilities janitor.
Safety
  • Perform Monthly and Annual safety checks- emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, door batteries, sprinkler systems, etc.
Parts Procurement
  • Purchase tools, building materials, cleaning supplies as needed
  • Keep kitchen and showroom supplies stocked as needed
Building Maintenance
  • Schedule Maintenance
  • Perform preventative maintenance at Water St.
  • Replace and repair lights at Water St.
  • Check and record; fire extinguishers and egress lights at Water St, repair and replace as needed
  • Service museum animatronics and vending machines
  • All outside building maintenance
  • Winterization of all systems
Equipment Maintenance
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Perform maintenance at Water St.
  • Make sure all SDS books in facilities areas are current and updated.
Surveillance, Security, Alarm Systems
  • Issue Keys and alarm codes to authorized personnel at Water St., Synova, Mansfield, and PG New England
  • Troubleshoot and repair, or schedule work on alarm systems
  • System training
  • Look up users' and camera history to help determine source of problems when they arise
Phone and Data Communications
  • Maintain all contractors, vendors, and clients for scheduled service
  • Run phone and data lines for new offices and changes at Water St.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have computer skills
  • Qualify for forklift operation
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Able to climb and work at various heights
