You will drive strategic initiatives by assessing risks, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will support continuous improvement and innovation, enabling successful project delivery and enhanced customer outcomes within a dynamic and evolving technology landscape.
  About the team:
The Walmart LocalFinds team is dedicated to transforming the local shopping experience by connecting customers with neighborhood retailers through Walmart Marketplace. This team focuses on enabling seamless discovery, same-day in-store pickup, and local delivery, enhancing product variety and speed. Collaborating across functions, the team drives innovative solutions that support local business growth and improve customer engagement. Members apply strong skills in solution design, project management, and technical leadership to develop scalable, efficient offerings that align with Walmart’s strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.
  What you'll do:
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases demonstrating projected ROI and cost savings.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure clear communication and solution delivery.
  • Evaluate technology landscapes and recommend innovative approaches to improve processes and product offerings.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and validate solution functionality across cross-functional teams.
