We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman in Laramie and Casper, WY!

Pay rates start at $28/ hr - Can vary based on experience

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will lead roofing crews and oversee the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial roofing crews and oversee daily job-site activities
  • Install, remove, and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC
  • Perform roof maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure work is completed according to job specifications and safety guidelines
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and project teams
  • Complete required paperwork and daily reports
  • Track materials and inventory
  • Assist with training and development of crew members
  • Attend project meetings as needed
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
  • Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license required with clean driving record
  • Strong leadership, initiative, integrity, and adaptability
  • Ability to climb ladders and regularly bend, climb, kneel, and lift 50+ pounds
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
Working Conditions
  • Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperatures
  • Extensive standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling
