As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a Walmart Distribution Center, you'll play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the safe, efficient movement of merchandise that supports our stores and customers. You will lead large teams, execute strategic business plans, and champion a culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and associate engagement.   • Execute and continuously improve operational plans to achieve facility goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
