Job description

Nooter Toledo is seeking a Mechanical Estimator. Our Estimators are responsible for providing estimating services for various types of projects and contract formats. This includes producing estimates at various phases of design and construction. This position is part of the Estimating Team, which is responsible for supporting the company's "get work" function that fuels meeting the business objectives. Nooter Toledo offers a flexible work schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform material and equipment takeoffs and obtain vendor pricingAssign labor factors based on established labor estimating manualsConsolidate labor and material estimates into a summary proposalCreate project milestone schedulesRead and interpret client-supplied bid documentsUtilize the Nooter Management System (NMS) to adhere to policies and processesAttend pre-bid and jobsite walk-through meetingsQUALIFICATIONS:Working knowledge of estimating databases (NECA, ConEst, MCA, John S.
