Job description

The Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) Nursing Program has an opening for a full-time Visiting Instructor or Assistant Professor faculty position with a start date of August 17, 2026 (classes start August 25, 2026). This faculty member will primarily teach in the Pre-licensure BSN program. NWU may be posting a more permanent full-time position in Spring 2027. The visiting assistant professor would be encouraged to apply. Nebraska Wesleyan University is an independent Methodist liberal arts university of approximately 1,500 undergraduate and graduate students in Lincoln, Nebraska. The University's steadfast commitment to putting learning into action through internships, service learning and collaborative research has yielded tremendous outcomes for students and alumni.
