Purpose:
The goal of Talent Sourcing Specialist is to build valuable connections with candidates and hiring managers to identify, select and hire top talent for their assigned portfolio to support the economic success of the company and provide support to the Talent Sourcing Team. This position also ensures our employer brand is clearly communicated to external vendors, educational institutes, and talent pools and candidates they collaborate with.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers to provide effective full cycle recruitment (attraction, assessment, and selection) of top talent while ensuring strategy, efficiency, and consistency in the recruitment process including providing interview coaching and skills training to hiring managers as needed
  • Partners closely with Team Lead, Talent Sourcing and hiring manager to gain a full understand of hiring needs including future headcount planning for their assigned portfolios. Understands the talent market within the hiring regions and contributes to innovative hiring strategies.
  • Actively networks and creates a strong long-term relationship with prospective talent including the maintenance of a talent pipeline for future open positions using multiple recruitment platforms (social media, LinkedIn, referrals, Career Fairs, etc.)
  • Ensures the Employer Brand (NDT Global offerings, core values, and position as an employer of choice) is clearly communicated when working with prospective talent and current candidates.
  • Partners with the People & Culture team to create a smooth transition for the new hire's onboarding process.
  • Provides administrative work such as development of employment offers, contracts, internal documentation, and applicant correspondence, where required
  • Leverages recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring metrics to Team Lead, Talent Sourcing for monthly reporting purposes
  • Assists in promoting programs such as the employee referral programs and social media recruitment campaigns
  • Supports the organization of recruitment events and campaigns (Career Fairs, University Visits, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related education is required
  • A certificate in Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or similar is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment experience in an international matrix environment is required
    • Experience in the oil and gas industry will be a plus
  • Experience in communication with internal and external stakeholders is required
  • Must have experience with recruitment strategies e.g. sourcing strategy, Boolean
  • Skilled in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other platforms globally
  • Organizing and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Ability to navigate job boards, sourcing software, and databases efficiently
  • Leveraging recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
