FESS is currently seeking NDT and Wind Turbine Technician Assistants for entry level Internship/Apprenticeship positions
Company Overview: Apave America is a global leader in industrial inspection and renewable energy services. Its subsidiary, First Energy Support Solutions (FESS) is focused on developing and placing entry level candidates into Apave America. Apave America delivers advanced solutions in Wind Services and Inspection Services (NDT and Radiography) to ensure safety, reliability, and sustainability.
FESS is currently seeking entry level candidates interested in internship/apprenticeship opportunities with Apave America! This is a hands-on role designed for individuals passionate about NDT inspection technologies and/or Wind Energy Infrastructure Inspection and Maintenance.
Candidates must apply to be considered and to obtain additional details.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assist in NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, ET) under supervision of certified technicians.
• Assist with wind turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Participate in safety training and compliance checks.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
• Recently graduated from a related technical school or training program; or have minimum of one years' experience in related industries of wind and/or inspection industries.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and industrial NDT inspection in Oil and Gas, Utilities and Manufacturing Industries.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to travel for project work.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
