This in-office role will own the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, attracting  and hiring top candidates across various departments. As part of our front end Human Resource Team, this position requires strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency and service -centric mindset. Experience in the ID/DD and or health care staffing are highly valued to effectively support our diverse organization. This position offers an engaging environment where the ability to think out side the box is essential for success.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (based on location)
  • Valid Ohio driver's license
  • Approachable, organized, and professional
  • Proficient in phone etiquette, email data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills withe ability to build rapport with candidates, employees, and management roles 
  • Experience in recruitment, specifically in the ID/DD or health care field is preferred
  • Maintain eligibility as a n approved company driver with an active Ohio drivers license
  • Physically capable of sitting, walking, reaching, bending, fine hand coordination
  • Ability to respond to all modes of communication
  • Ability to perform mathematical functions and evaluate basic mathematical information
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to remain calm under stress
  • Ability to read and write English
