Job description

Looking for a rewarding position where you can make a difference in the lives of others? As a DSP you will be working with individuals with developmental disabilities in one of our many residential settings near Cleveland, Ohio. You will help teach skills that will help people grow while going on community outings, providing active treatment in-house, and serving as a mentor. As a DSP you can make up to $16.00 per hour with verifiable experience. Longevity increases begin after 1 year of employment. Staff receive hourly raises based on years worked in DD field. NCC Solutions extends this to new employees with verifiable DD or related experience.
