Description

The Managing Director combines strategic leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to identify and scale high-impact AI opportunities, advance organizational AI maturity, and establish the governance, operating model, and talent capabilities required to support long-term success.

Strategic Leadership and Vision
  • Under the direction of the CTO, the Managing Director will refine and communicate the enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to integrate AI into business and technology strategies.
  • Identify emerging AI trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
Enterprise Transformation and Value Delivery
  • Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI use cases across the enterprise.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Operating Model and Execution
  • Design and implement the enterprise AI operating model, including governance, delivery frameworks, and talent strategy.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions across business functions.

  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, advanced analytics, or data science initiatives at scale.

  • Experience implementing large-scale transformation initiatives and operating model changes.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
