  • Conduct new patient consultations and present customized orthodontic treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
  • Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Process insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
  • Drive case acceptance by building trust and rapport with patients and guardians
  • Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software
Requirements:
