Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * The Facility Supervisor III plans and directs the daily activities of maintenance, construction, and repair personnel engaged in facility infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
* They monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to organizational quality standards.
* They implement training programs for staff on the use of specialized equipment and coordinate with external vendors for large-scale infrastructure and repair and maintenance initiatives (RMI).
* The Facility Supervisor III manages the execution of facility projects and RMI work orders within Special Operations facilities and command environments within the USPACOM AOR.
* They evaluate Technical Reports to prioritize maintenance and project tasks and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
* They lead the coordination of local service providers and Engineers to resolve critical system failures affecting command-and-control and theater operations.
* The Facility Supervisor III provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Journeyman * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education * Experience in operational coordination and schedule management.
Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* 10+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education * Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical maintenance protocols. Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification or similar achievement.
* Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or similar DoW agencies.
* Knowledge of MIL-STD facility maintenance and security protocols.
Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
