Registered Nurse (RN) – Integrative & Functional Medicine (Phoenix)

Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine in Phoenix is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our established, physician-led practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to support high-quality, personalized care across longevity medicine, women’s health, and primary care. This is a unique opportunity for an RN who is looking to grow within a high-performing clinical environment. As our founding physician transitions into a mentorship and strategic leadership role, we are seeking a clinician who is eager to collaborate closely with physicians, expand their clinical skillset, and contribute to an evolving model of proactive and longevity-focused care. Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine has served the Phoenix and Scottsdale community for over 17 years and is a highly respected integrative medical practice with a strong referral network and consistent patient demand. Our clinic emphasizes proactive medicine, longevity care, and comprehensive functional medicine, utilizing advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and both naturopathic and conventional therapies to support long-term patient outcomes. As a cash-based practice, we are able to spend more time with patients, allowing for deeper intake, stronger patient relationships, and thoughtful execution of personalized care plans.

This position offers a competitive compensation structure within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment, backed by strong administrative support so clinicians can focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care in collaboration with supervising physician(s)
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and ongoing care coordination

• Assist in executing physician-directed treatment plans
• Provide support for hormone optimization therapies, including HRT workflows

• Support care within a women’s health-focused patient population

• Assist with acute care visits across the lifespan, including pediatric and adult patients

• Prepare, administer, and monitor IV therapies, injections, and peptide treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Perform blood draws and specimen preparation
• Support laboratory coordination and ensure accuracy of testing processes

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians
• Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Support clinic operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona and BLS

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in primary care, integrative medicine, or outpatient settings preferred
• Interest in longevity, preventative care, and lifestyle medicine
• Comfortable working within a collaborative, physician-led model

• Willingness to learn and be mentored in functional, integrative, and longevity-focused medicine
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and strong collaboration skills

Wages and Benefits

• Full-time position, 5 days per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with major holidays off
• Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 base (depending on experience)
• After a 90-day probationary period, the employee is eligible for a benefits package which includes a stipend for medical insurance or a healthshare fund of their choice
• Paid time off eligibility begins after 90 days of tenure
