Job description

We are seeking a full-time Naturopathic Physician or similarly qualified practitioner to join our small, collaborative team focused on integrative care for predominantly female patients. Specializing in women's health transitions such as fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, we value a holistic approach that supports active lifestyles including athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. The role involves working closely with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care within an independent practice setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations focused on women's reproductive and general naturopathic health
  • Provide pelvic floor support and therapy as part of treatment plans
  • Develop integrative treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular meetings and case reviews
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and active lifestyle support
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in collaborative care efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-2+ years of experience in naturopathic medicine or nurse practitioner roles
  • Washington state licensure required
  • Background in integrative medicine and pelvic floor therapy
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Specialization in women’s health
