Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized Naturopathic Assistant & Phlebotomist to be the primary point of contact for our patients. This role blends frontoffice responsibilities with hands on clinical support. The ideal candidate has strong people skills, a phlebotomy background, and the ability to learn quickly in a medical office setting.

You will handle most patient check ins and check outs, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and support the Naturopathic Doctor with room setup, blood draws, and other wellness services.

This position is 2-4 days per week, 9 AM-5 PM, with some flexibility for the right candidate. As our practice continues to grow, there is potential for additional hours.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their visit
  • Perform patient check in and check out
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Perform phlebotomy and assist with blood specimen handling
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Assist the Naturopathic Doctor during patient visits as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks
  • Learn and assist with naturopathic services (training provided)


Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and patientfocused demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or patientfacing role is a plus
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Professional appearance required (uniforms provided; no visible tattoos or multiple piercings)
