Job description

Oregon Integrated Health is an Integrated Primary Care Medical Home that is hiring for a Part Time Chiropractor for our  Clinic in Florence Oregon.  We are currently a Tier 4 Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Home, Vaccine for Children Program and a Certified Rural Health Clinic!  We have an amazing team and looking forward to our growth in Florence!


Our Florence clinic sees a demographic of Medicaid and Medicare individuals that are in need for our expansion with community resources.


Our Integrated Medical Home in Florence currently has a team of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Licensed Professional Counselors, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Medical Assistants, Front Desk and Community Health Worker that works with our  Director of Clinical Operations. 


We utilize telemedicine visits for patients that are at home as well as telehealth visits – when patients may not have access to data or smart phones patients come to our facility and utilize our technology to connect with any of our providers across our 4 locations! Our additional locations in Eugene, Salem and Portland are comprised of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Counselors, Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist.


This position would be 1 - 2 days a week with flexible hours and days.
