Salary: San Francisco candidates: $260,400 Los Angeles candidates: $238,500 NYC candidates: $242,800 Miami candidates: $214,700

Location: Remote (FYI must reside in one of our operating states: California, New York, Florida).

Scope: Individual contributor role with significant cross-functional collaboration and ownership across the marketing function.

About you:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at Private Medical. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand visibility and supporting growth initiatives through the execution of comprehensive digital marketing and website campaigns, the development of compelling pitch materials, and targeted strategic public relations efforts. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to effectively communicate our company's story and value proposition to our target audiences.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, journalism or a related field. A master's degree is a plus!

Years of experience: Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, ideally with a balanced background across agency and in-house roles.


Skills:

  • Experience working with luxury, premium, or aspirational brands targeting affluent audiences is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, Generative search , social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate and inspire a diverse team of collaborators, contractors and agency resources.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.


What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on driving qualified leads and revenue for our high value product.
  • Own and optimize SEO strategy, including technical SEO, website optimization, keyword targeting and content development to improve organic rankings and visibility.
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (search, display, social) continuously optimizing for ROI and conversion rates.
  • Oversee redevelopment of company website and external facing digital assets.
  • Develop and refine compelling pitch materials that clearly articulate the Private Medical narrative and resonate with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Lead public relations strategy to enhance brand visibility and secure high-impact earned media opportunities.
  • Pursue media and speaker engagements, including podcasts.
  • Support thoughtfully curated content and event initiatives (including newsletters, salon series, and executive events) that drive engagement, reinforce brand positioning, and complement broader digital growth efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO and audience targeting.
