The National Clinical Education & Training Manager – Injectables is a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing clinical excellence, provider education, and injectable treatment standards across Victoria Park’s national network. Working closely with Medical Directors, Regional Managers, Operations, Marketing, and industry partners, this role will lead national education, provider onboarding, clinical training, professional development, and 360° treatment planning for physicians and nurse injectors.


The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in injectables, aesthetic medicine, skincare, medical devices, adult learning, and provider development, with a passion for mentoring clinicians and driving exceptional patient outcomes and provider performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national strategy for injectables and new service offerings, supporting a 360° treatment approach integrating injectables, lasers, and skincare.
  • Develop and implement national clinical education and training programs, including workshops, eLearning, hands-on training, manuals, and other learning resources.
  • Lead structured onboarding and ongoing professional development for injectable providers and newly acquired clinics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulators, consultation excellence, and treatment-stacking protocols.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors on clinical protocols, standards, consent forms, and patient pathways.
  • Develop mentorship, advanced education, certification, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs.
  • Partner with Regional Managers to identify provider development and business growth opportunities.
  • Manage injectable vendor relationships, programs, pricing negotiations, and new product or treatment rollouts.
  • Monitor clinical, training, and commercial KPIs to improve provider performance, consultation, conversion, and patient outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Medical, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support national initiatives and growth.


Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) or equivalent healthcare designation.
  • 3+ years of progressive medical aesthetics experience, with expertise in injectables and provider education.
  • Bilingual French-English required to support our national network.
  • Experience developing and delivering clinical training, onboarding, and continuing education programs.
  • Strong knowledge of injectables, aesthetic treatments, medical devices, and skincare.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with physicians, nurse injectors, and industry partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada, including occasional meetings at our Montreal Head Office.
  • Ideally based in the Greater Montreal or Greater Toronto Area.
  • Adult learning or instructional design training is considered an asset.

Principales responsabilités

  • Diriger la stratégie nationale en injectables et soutenir une approche 360° combinant injectables, lasers et soins de la peau.
  • Concevoir et déployer des programmes nationaux de formation clinique : ateliers, modules en ligne, formations pratiques, guides et autres ressources.
  • Diriger l’intégration et le développement continu des professionnels en injectables et des cliniques nouvellement acquises.
  • Agir comme expert(e) en neuromodulateurs, agents de comblement, biostimulateurs, consultation et traitements combinés.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs médicaux au développement des protocoles, standards cliniques, consentements et parcours de soins.
  • Développer des programmes de mentorat, de formation avancée, de certification et de développement des leaders d’opinion (KOL).
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires régionaux afin d’identifier les occasions de développement professionnel et de croissance.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs, les programmes, les négociations et le déploiement de nouveaux produits et traitements.
  • Suivre les KPI cliniques, commerciaux et de formation afin d’améliorer la performance et les résultats patients.
  • Collaborer avec les Opérations, le Médical, les RH, les Finances et le Marketing aux initiatives nationales.


Qualifications

  • Titre d’infirmier(ère) ou titre professionnel équivalent dans le domaine de la santé.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en médecine esthétique, avec expertise en injectables et en formation.
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais requis afin de soutenir notre réseau national.
  • Expérience en conception et prestation de formations cliniques, programmes d’intégration et formation continue.
  • Excellente connaissance des injectables, traitements esthétiques, dispositifs médicaux et soins de la peau.
  • Expérience de collaboration avec des médecins, infirmier(ère)s injecteur(-trice)s et partenaires de l’industrie.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication, présentation, formation et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager à travers le Canada, incluant des rencontres occasionnelles à notre siège social de Montréal.
  • Idéalement basé(e) dans la grande région de Montréal ou de Toronto.
  • Formation en apprentissage des adultes ou en conception pédagogique considérée comme un atout.
