    Job description

    GreatAmerica Financial Services is a highly successful entrepreneurial company providing equipment financing to businesses across the United States.     Position Summary

    This position exists to originate, strategically develop, strengthen and grow GreatAmerica’s relationship with one or more Major/National Accounts.  This position is accountable for developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships at all levels within the account, from the C-level down to the point where the National Account interacts with the Distributors, Solution Providers, VARs, and/or Cyber Security Providers.  This position is accountable for developing and implementing programs that complement the accounts’ strategic initiatives while driving repeatable financing volume at scale for GreatAmerica.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Through previous industry experience and relationships, onboard new Hardware and Software OEM, Service Providers, and National Solution Providers
    • Work closely with GreatAmerica Major Accounts and Emerging Programs Team to originate additional programs/volume with current Distributor, OEM, SP, and NSP relationships
    • Coordinate the involvement of CTG Unit Leadership and Executive Leadership Teams to aid in development and ongoing relationship of supported accounts
    • Innovate new to market programs that creates long term financial value and stickiness with target customers
    • Develop and implement programs that complement the accounts’ strategic initiatives while building mutually beneficial value, primarily through financing volume.  Programs ideally create a strong strategic “tie” between GreatAmerica and the accounts
    • Understand and navigate the legal review and approval process, appropriately balancing the risks to GreatAmerica with the needs of the marketplace
    • Implement and present training programs for sales reps and sales management within the accounts to ensure a monthly or annual consumption model is part of relationships sales motion
    • Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop appropriate marketing materials and sales aids to assist in internal sales efforts
    • Become involved with the accounts’ marketing departments to ensure monthly consumption is part of all promotional and communication pieces
    • Monitor and analyze data relative to the accounts’ performance to understand trends.  Work with appropriate parties internally and externally to proactively maintain positive momentum and growth in the account
    • Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure that all programs are appropriate documented, communicated and implemented, and that day to day responsibilities are performed such that customers are receiving the service they deserve
    • In attendance with minimal absences per GreatAmerica’s attendance policy.  Attendance includes participation in travel or local work that requires nights and weekends.  Must be able to accommodate up to 50% travel as necessary
    • Live the GreatAmerica principals; involved in cross-functional team efforts as assigned and required

    Position Qualifications

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years directly related Financing Sales Experience in Major/National Accounts for the IT, Software, Cyber Security, and/or Ancillary Technology Spaces
    • Prior financing sales experience involving National Accounts, or experience in the industry into which the position will be selling, is required
    • Current relationships that will provide subsequent financing volume production in a short time period preferred
