Job Description

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Investment Partners has the shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Investments. Partners with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies. Investment Partner has a shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue and practice excellence goals. Position is focused on honing the technical aspects of Investment management and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become an Investment Portfolio Manager. Incumbents need to possess a proven track record of sales support to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Portfolio Manager.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to seven years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus

Location

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
