Develop and integrate test scripts for battery testing equipment such as Gamry, Maccor. Working with and developing using python scripting language. Scripting and data post processing of tdms format data from NI test equipment and using NI DiaDem tool.

Familiar with Python, C, C#, and Java

Familiar with LabView and DiaDem

This role involves developing test scripts for various battery testing and laboratory equipment including Maccor battery cyclers and Gamry potentiostats. Responsibilities will include maintaining existing codebases, fixing bugs and adding new features as needed. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Python, and have experience with developing software for instrument control using native GUIs and web interfaces.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience with Python, JavaScript, C/C#, and Java

Experience with at least one Python web framework e.g. Django, Flask

Experience with modern web development using JavaScript and modern frameworks and libraries e.g AngularJS, D3

Experience with LabView and other National Instruments software such as Diadem

Experience with revision control software

Familiarity with Unix development, with an emphasis on OS X

Basic familiarity with battery lab equipment such as Maccor battery cyclers is a plus

Familiarity National Instruments test equipment the TDMS format is a plus

Familiarity with Matlab scripting and data processing a plus.
