Job description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operate Ross XPression or Chyron graphics systems during live and recorded television broadcasts, streaming events, and special productions.
  • Create, update, and manage broadcast graphics, including lower thirds, full-screen graphics, over-the-shoulder graphics, tickers, and animations.
  • Prepare graphic elements using approved templates and branding standards.
  • Coordinate with producers, directors, technical staff, and newsroom personnel to ensure graphics accurately support broadcast content.
  • Verify the accuracy of names, titles, statistics, and other on-air information prior to broadcast.
  • Stays abreast of the latest/new technology
  • Operates computers
  • Completes tasks accurately and independently prior to deadline, in according with editorial and production priorities
  • Functions as effective member of a team
  • May serve as a team leader, assigning work and coaching team members and reporting to management on their performance
  • Other related duties as assigned
