Job description

Position Overview:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
  • Provide patient education and preventive care
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
  • EMR: EPIC

 

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty
  • Active, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
  • Excellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
