Job description

SPENGA Wheat Ridge is seeking an energetic, professional Group Fitness Instructor to lead our signature 60-minute spin, strength, and yoga workouts. We're looking for experienced fitness professionals who are passionate about coaching, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Every instructor completes SPENGA's proprietary certification program before leading classes independently. This is a paid instructor position for individuals who are committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals while creating an engaging, supportive community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current nationally recognized group fitness or personal training certification required.
  • Experience leading group fitness classes preferred.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to motivate and safely lead groups in a high-energy environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and prepared.
  • Must successfully complete the SPENGA Instructor Certification Program and pass a teaching audition prior to employment
