Open Position: Part Time Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer
Job Description
The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut is seeking a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer for our Brookfield facility. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all members
  • New Member orientations
  • Assist members in creating and reaching fitness goals
  • Floor supervision
  • Support safe and efficient operations by maintaining equipment and promoting adherence to safety protocols.
  • To create a safe and friendly environment for members

Qualifications
• A current nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA preferred)
• Current CPR; First Aid; AED
• Outstanding customer service skills
We are seeking candidates with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Morning, evening and weekend shifts available.
