Join Stretch Zone as a Client Service Representative and play a key role in helping our members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
  • Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by working with potential clients to match our service offerings with their flexibility and wellness goals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
  • Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience

Compensation: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
