These roles provide valuable exposure to the fast-paced world of NASCAR, helping individuals develop skills, build industry connections, and explore potential career paths. Opportunities are available at NASCAR headquarters, race teams, and associated organizations.

What types of projects or tasks do NASCAR interns typically work on during their internship?

NASCAR interns can expect to work on a variety of hands-on projects that align with their chosen department, such as assisting with race event logistics, conducting data analysis, supporting engineering teams, or helping with marketing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives. Interns often collaborate with experienced professionals, attend team meetings, and may have opportunities to visit races or help coordinate events. The work environment is dynamic, with a mix of independent tasks and cross-functional teamwork, offering a comprehensive view of the motorsports industry. This exposure helps interns build practical skills and develop professional relationships that can lead to future full-time opportunities with NASCAR or other organizations in the sports and entertainment sector.
