Part-Time Nanny for Infant | Long-Term Position

Location: Gilbert, AZ 85295

Pay: $18.50/hr + eligibility for raises in the future!

We are first-time parents seeking a warm, patient, and reliable nanny to care for our sweet 9-month-old son in a long-term role beginning July 2026. Our son is a happy, curious baby who loves to laugh, play, and stay involved in whatever the adults around him are doing. He enjoys play time outside and thrives with connection and engagement throughout the day. He is currently transitioning from contact naps to crib naps, so we are hoping to find someone patient and supportive during this stage. We are gentle parenting, screen-free household that values outdoor play, consistency, and creating a calm and loving environment. Mom (Me) works from home, so being comfortable with a parent present in the home is important. We also have a friendly dog and cat, so being pet-friendly is a must.

Schedule

Monday & Tuesday

9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Start Date: July 13, 2026


Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for one infant

• Support age-appropriate development and play

• Assist with maintaining nap and feeding routines

• Encourage engaging, screen-free activities

• Light child-related tidying and organization

• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment


Qualifications

• Prior infant experience preferred

• Patient and confident with nap transitions and routines

• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain

• Comfortable in a home with pets

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills
