This role is tailored for clinicians interested in dedicated community service, J-1 waiver sponsorship, H-1B transition planning, and/or federal or state loan repayment opportunities.

What You'll Earn + What You'll Get- Base Salary: $230,000-$250,000/year (based on experience and schedule). (Structured in accordance with Department of Labor prevailing wage determinations).

How You'll Make an Impact- Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine/internal medicine and primary care services, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform physical exams, screenings, preventive care, and appropriate diagnostic workups.
- Document clinical care accurately and promptly within the EMR.
- Coordinate with care teams, medical assistants, front desk, and referral partners within our unified system of care.
- Support access to care for diverse patient populations, adhering strictly to Nao Medical clinical, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Maintain required licensure, DEA registration, credentialing, and payer enrollment.
Requirements- Degree: MD or DO degree.
- Licensure: Active or eligible New York medical license.
- Board Status: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
- Clinical Judgment: Strong outpatient clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Mission Alignment: Deep commitment to accessible, community-based care.
- Documentation Readiness (For J-1 Waiver Tracks): Ability to provide legible copies of all historical Form DS-2019/IAP-66 documents, passport/visa entry papers, and a residency completion letter for legal binder assembly.
- Service Commitment: Willingness to commit to a mandatory, full-time multi-year service obligation (minimum 3 years for J-1 waiver pathway).
- Schedule Alignment: Agreement to work a full-time clinical schedule (minimum 40 hours per week) locked strictly to the assigned physical clinic branch location with no casual site-floating.
- Screening Clearance: Must clear standard reference review, licensure verification, and a mandatory query of the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).
