Position Summary: The Nail Technician is responsible for providing manicure and pedicure services to clients based on their specific needs and preferences. The technician will be passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional nail service to enhance our guests’ spa experience and promote wellness and relaxation.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.) according to spa standards and guest preferences
  • Shape, clean, and polish nails while ensuring high hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide hand and foot massages during treatments as needed
  • Recommend nail care products and services to clients
  • Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products
  • Ensure client satisfaction by listening to their needs and delivering personalized service
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations

Experience and Education: 

Previous experience in a spa, high-end salon, or resort setting preferred

Proven experience in nail care services and nail art

Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation procedures

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid state license/certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology
