Job description

We're a small nutrition & healthy lifestyle company looking for a leader to join our team in Abilene, TX. Here at Chike our company vision is to provide great tasting and healthy alternatives to the popular "go-to pick me up" drinks. Our goal is to produce products that are a gateway to healthy living.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible for keeping all manufacturing equipment operating and in good repair by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective problem solving. Specifically, the role will involve the set-up, tear-down, corrective, planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the production equipment. This position requires that an individual be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be willing to work as part of a team, be able to work alone, think quickly, and follow directions.
Any and all other required job functions deemed by management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and operating & technical instructions. Ability to write clearly on all documentation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time. This position may frequently require you to bend and/or stoop, reach with hands and arms, climb, and lift while performing various tasks.
