You'll travel to another market for training at an established club-learning the role, building connections, and bringing that experience back to launch your new location.

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) is the leader of the club's KidCare program. You'll build and develop a high-performing child care team while ensuring every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during every visit.
Your leadership allows parents to focus on their fitness with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. By coaching your team, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive experience for families, you'll help make VASA a place members trust and return to.
