Description

ROLE

To ensure that the company and the customer have the same expectations as to the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of both parties, this position reviews and executes all legal documentation with the purchasers. This process covers both the financial obligations and use parameters of the product. The objective is to solidify the customers' decision to purchase and reduce payment delinquency and customer service issues.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • review and execution of sales documents with purchasers in pursuit of objectives outlined above;
  • creation and preparation of contract documents for purchasers using company software and other programs;
  • processing credit card applications and credit reports;
  • maintain security and protect all operations by keeping information confidential;
  • complete knowledge and enforcement of conforming Sales criteria as set forth by management;
  • any necessary post-sale follow up with purchasers;
  • screening/qualifying prospective sales guests from the OPC/OAD/MV Marketing operations;
  • communicating with respective Marketing departments on any issues regarding future sales guests;
  • answering incoming calls/e-mails from new and existing owners;
  • maintenance of supporting materials given to purchaser(s);
  • must respond to directives or projects in a complete and timely manner;
  • departmental staff may be required to work overtime;
  • duties as assigned by supervisor;


Requirements

  • current NV Real Estate or Time Share Agent's license;
  • previous experience in timeshare sales or verification - experience with RCI Points preferred;
  • current NV Notary Public appointment or the ability to secure same;
  • above average communication skills (primarily verbal, but written communication required as well);
  • proficiency in use of a computer including MS Outlook, Excel and Word;


REVENUE/BUDGETARY/STAFF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Staff members have no direct budgetary responsibility, but do have a significant impact upon the quality of business submitted and are directed to be economical in the use of company resources and supplies
