About this job:

Will support the Video Production instructor in instructional and administrative duties, for the Multimedia & Video Production Program at one of the EGTC campuses. This role will provide hands-on assistance in video production classes, program development, student support, equipment management, and day-to-day operations. This is an ideal opportunity for students passionate about video production who are looking to gain practical experience in education, media, and program development. This role will be paid at the student minimum wage.

What You'll Do:

    Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of video production equipment, studio spaces, and editing labs
    Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of equipment
    Participate in program marketing efforts, including creating promotional videos, social media content, and other outreach materials
    Uphold and model classroom discipline and school policies to create a supportive and effective learning environment
    Other duties as assigned related to program support, curriculum development, and student success initiatives
    Assist in Work Based Learning(WBL) initiatives developing Multimedia solutions for other EGTC programs


 
What You'll Need:
 
  • High School Diploma or GED minimum required
  • Currently enrolled as a student at Emily Griffith Technical College with eligibility for Work Study employment
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education. 
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
